**Major Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, develop and Inspire a high-caliber team of sales individuals suited to their core specialty area.
- Achieve and exceed Quota while advancing related goals and initiatives of J&J Vision.
- Gain market insights through interaction with customers, payors, and industry; develop a deep understanding of problems, needs, and translate into possible solutions.
- Define and execute long-term business growth strategy that drives increased sales, market share.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to establish, maintain and grow partnerships with customers and stakeholders
- Work within an assigned annual budget, allocate accordingly to the team and ensure compliance with applicable company goals, policies, and procedures
- Maintain knowledge of cataract surgery and portfolio of cataract products as well as refractive and dry eye products.
- Ensure complete adherence to Health Care Compliance (HCC) guidelines by the team.

**Qualifications**:

- A University Degree, with an MBA an asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading people (Asset)
- Knowledge of Capital and Consumable selling cycles (Requirement)
- Experience working in an Operating Room and familiarity with OR etiquette is a must.
- At least three years of previous OR/Surgical Device sales or marketing experience.
- Ophthalmology sales experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills in French and English.
- Demonstrated digital acumen to identify and capitalize on emerging digital trends and opportunities in the marketplace.
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Strong computer skills - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- French Bilingualism

En tant que personne responsable à la direction régionale des Ventes pour le Québec, vous devrez assumer l'entière responsabilité de la mise en œuvre des stratégies et des tactiques commerciales régionales, de l'établissement de relations commerciales solides avec les différents partenaires, du perfectionnement continu du personnel et de la constitution d'un vivier de talents équilibré. Vous serez responsable de gérer les activités de vente de la division de la chirurgie visuelle au sein d’un territoire désigné. Vous travaillerez également en étroite collaboration avec d’autres partenaires d’affaires afin d’atteindre vos objectifs. **Principales responsabilités**:

- Recruter, bâtir et inspirer une équipe de vente de haut calibre, dont les membres sont versés dans leur principal domaine de spécialité.
- Atteindre et dépasser les quotas, tout en faisant progresser les objectifs et les initiatives de J&J Vision.
- Acquérir des connaissances du marché en interagissant avec les clients, les payeurs et l'industrie; approfondir sa compréhension des problèmes et des besoins, et les traduire en solutions possibles.
