**Service Coordinator**

Golden Horseshoe Metering Systems (GHMS), part of the OEC group of Companies, provides comprehensive metering services to utility customers looking to provide individual suite metering for multi-dwelling retrofit and new construction projects. **About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional customer service and technical skills. The Service Coordinator is accountable for scheduling the meter technicians, coordinating site visits, and assisting the Director of Operations in creating monthly reports and other duties as needed.

**Duties include**:

- Coordinate and schedule meter technicians and project related activities such as equipment delivery, installation, commissioning of units, and mandatory verifications, site pre-inspections and assessments
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with property managers, trades (electrical and/or mechanical contractors) and clients, following up with different trades making sure progress has been made prior to the site visit
- Communicate relevant project information, provide updates on issues, delays, equipment’s ETA to clients and the project team
- Manage and process equipment RMA/change processes and warranty issues
- Prepare shipment documents, including packing slips, commercial invoice, and bills of landing
- Schedule transportation requirements, including shipment notification, tracking and proof of delivery
- Prepare monthly property reports for unit-accounts billing/payments and outstanding balances for monitoring purposes
- Assist with MC communications and coordination of activities (in-situ audits, gathering information from different sources for site audit set-up)
- Assist with health and safety, ordering PPE for technicians and keeping track of recertification when required (such as rubber gloves).
- Other duties assigned by supervisor

**Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience
- Valid Class ‘G’ Ontario Driver’s License and an excellent driving record
- Previous metering industry experience
- Familiar with Measurement Canada regulations regarding metering
- Ability to problem solve and exercise good judgment
- Demonstrate behavior as a motivated individual possessing excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Comfortable communicating and networking with various agencies and clients
- Capable of maintaining high productivity
