**Résumé du Poste**

**Responsabilités**
- Autonomie, précision et esprit analytique en tout temps reliés aux tests : protéine, cendre, humidité, Farinographe, Amylographe, Alvéographe, indices de chute, additifs et enrichissement
- Faire preuve de bonnes habiletés de communication et d’une capacité de travail d’équipe dans les fonctions reliées au travail auprès des collègues de l’usine, de la direction, des clients, des fournisseurs et du personnel de laboratoire
- Utiliser les logiciels appropriés pour traiter les données, écrire les rapports et tenir des registres précis de toutes les informations pertinentes
- Faire preuve de flexibilité et gérer toutes les fonctions du poste selon les échéanciers prédéterminés

**Prérequis de l’Emploie**
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication, leadership et travail d'équipe
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes et bon jugement, et être en mesure d’effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois
- Connaissances des méthodes AACC et appareils Brabender et NIR sont des atouts
- Expérience dans une minoterie est un atout
- Expérience avec HACCP et la sécurité des aliments sont des atouts
- Réussite démontrée à travailler avec une équipe de vente et à obtenir des ventes de produits grâce à une utilisation efficace des services techniques
- Excellentes compétences écrites, verbales et de présentation (bilingue)
- Connaissances informatiques : Word, Excell, Power Point etc.

**Éducation ou expérience de travail**
- Posséder au minimum une formation de niveau collégial en chimie alimentaire ou dans un domaine connexe
- Expérience de travail dans un laboratoire de CQ au minimum de 4 mois

**Santé et Sécurité**
- Suivre les normes de santé et de sécurité de ADM et signaler tous les comportements ou conditions dangereuses
- Travailler conformément à la législation locale / provinciale
- Placer la sécurité en premier plan sur tout ce que vous faites
