**Job description**
As a Product Owner you will be responsible for owning a product family vision and ensuring on time deliveries of key milestone launches for the company. Key responsibilities include maintaining product roadmaps, managing and optimizing product backlogs, participating in daily Scrums, translating customer vision into the product, defining and prioritizing product requirements, and collaborating across different departments at the company from sales, leadership, design, and engineering.

- Team leader
- Possess excellent collaboration and project management skills
- Interested and passionate for customers success
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experienced in Jira, ClickUp, and other SDLC products
- Effective communications with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite family
- Motivated self-starter
- Passion for learning and always improving yourself and the team around you
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to listen and articulate ideas in writing and verbally, expressed with a positive attitude
- Possess excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
- Experienced in developing multi year product roadmap

**What the job involves**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Develop user stories to assist with design and front end development
- Define the vision for the products and create roadmaps based on these visions
- Facilitate and take ownership of daily Scrums outcomes
- Remove roadblocks for the Scrum team to help meet software and business objectives by gathering information and answering questions
- Help organize and maintain feature/story backlogs and sprints
- Monitor product progress and report status back to leadership

**Must have**:

- Experienced in ClickUp, Jira and ticketing systems
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant experience

**Description de l'emploi**
En tant que gestionnaire de produit, vous serez responsable de posséder une vision de la famille de produits et d'assurer les livraisons à temps des lancements d'étapes clés pour l'entreprise. Les principales responsabilités comprennent le maintien des feuilles de route des produits, la gestion et l'optimisation des backlogs de produits, la participation aux Scrums quotidiens, la traduction de la vision du client dans le produit, la définition et la hiérarchisation des exigences du produit et la collaboration entre les différents départements de l'entreprise, depuis les ventes, la direction, la conception et l'ingénierie.

- 5+ années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
- Expérimenté avec Jira, ClickUp et d'autres produits SDLC

- Autonome motivé
- La passion d'apprendre et de toujours s'améliorer ainsi que l'équipe qui vous entoure
- Un haut niveau de précision et d'attention aux détails
