Le coordonnateur de la formation bilingue sera responsable de la conception et de l'élaboration de programme de formation et de perfectionnement visant à accroître les compétences et les capacités de nos chauffeurs, de nos opérateurs et de notre personnel sur le terrain. De plus, cette personne jouera un rôle clé dans l'orientation des nouveaux employés au sein de l'organisation dans tous les emplacements en Amérique du Nord.

**Responsabilités**:

- Mettre en œuvre des programmes de formation pour les employés des opérations et/ou les employés du département de la Flotte;
- Fournir des conseils aux Gestionnaires et employés des opérations, concernant les politiques et les procédures de la flotte de l'entreprise;
- Planifiez les formations sur une base régulière;
- Préparer et tenir à jour le matériel de cours de formation;
- Préparer les programmes de formation pour l'amélioration des compétences, de la performance, le perfectionnement professionnel, etc.
- Évaluer les programmes de formation et recommander des améliorations;
- Collaborer avec les opérations pour déterminer les besoins de formation pertinents;
- Établir des programmes de formation qui répondent aux besoins organisationnels actuels;
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des programmes d'orientation pour les nouveaux employés;
- Élaborer des approches créatives et novatrices pour présenter les programmes de formation;
- Responsable pour la réservation des salles et équipement de formation;
- Fournir un soutien administratif quotidien à l'équipe de direction de la Flotte.

**Exigences**:

- Expérience antérieure de la conduite de séances de formation devant de grands groupes;
- Expérience antérieure de l'élaboration de programmes de formation;
- Expérience antérieure dans l'industrie de la construction est un atout;
- Doit être indépendant et autonome;
- Compréhension des méthodologies et des outils d'enseignement efficaces;
- Solides compétences en communication et présentation en français et en anglais;
- Expérience de la suite de produits Microsoft Office;
- Capacités organisationnelles et de gestion du temps;
- Capacité de voyager;
- Permis de conduire valide avec dossier de conduite impeccable;
- Capable de réussir une vérification des antécédents criminels.
