As we continue to grow at an enormous pace, we need to ensure that we manage our supply chain efficiently from start to finish. The Logistics Manager plays a critical role in ensuring this occurs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Oversee entire product life cycle
- Attend design meetings to agree upon production timelines, transportation expectations & review duties of raw goods and finished product into USA
- Work with Production/Sourcing Manager to ensure factories selected for production are vertically integrated and able to provide all required paperwork and permits
- Communicate with raw material suppliers to ensure they are adhering to all production timelines, and are able to ship materials to factories DDP
- Provide factories with timelines for materials arrival, and discuss if there are are foreseen delays
- Notify marketing team when goods are in production so they can pull samples for photoshoots and influencers
- Meet with finance team to notify them when goods are nearing completion, and payment will be required
- Source quotes from Freight Forwarders to transport goods to warehouse in New Jersey
- Create Products, Listing Skus & Vendor Skus in Skubana prior to goods arrival
- Notify warehouse that goods are on the way and whether they are ECOM or WHOLESALE
- Confirm with design/marketing team when goods are being received at warehouse so everyone is aligned on launch date
- Upload receiving reports received from warehouse to Skubana and confirm with Ecom Merchandising team that units are synced to shopify (all 3 instances) and size scale is correct
- Responsible for all shipments and product movement within company, and ensuring these goods are ready on time
- Purchase Orders from Factories
- Fabric from Mills
- Labels and Notions from Suppliers
- Customer Orders from warehouse
- Work with wholesale team to provide weekly ATS reports and updates on inbound POs to fulfill pending orders
- Communicate daily with warehouse team to ensure they have everything they need to succeed
- Other responsibilities include:

- Troubleshoot issues with the warehouse team
- Liaise with all departments of company to ensure deadlines and launch dates are aligned between Design to Marketing to Sales
- Build strong relationships with Freight Forwarders to ensure goods are being delivered on time and in the most economical manner
- Work closely with CX team to address concerns brought forward by customers including: QC, shipment delays and shipment errors
- Work in partnership with Demand Planner and Sourcing/Production Manager to create a seamless supply chain
- Keep track of stock levels, delivery times and transportation costs
- Oversee all existing dropship relationships while exploring new opportunities, negotiate contracts and set up new partners with DSCO/CartRover/Shopify
- Work with customs brokers to ensure most cost effective places and ways to manufacturer and ship goods

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 5-10 years of logistics experience
- Proven experience in all areas of product logistics including, warehousing, order processing, inventory management, computer systems.
- Excellent English communications skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated person who enjoys challenges and working in a fast-paced environment with a daily sense of urgency. Taking initiative to solve problems and deliver results
- Detail oriented with a willingness to adapt and be flexible in a growing company
- Analytical/analysis skills
- Ability to resolve issues between internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to act decisively to resolve problems
- Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities along with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge and experience with ERP systems.
