**The Opportunity**

The Heist is searching for a superstar Post Production Supervisor

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Reporting to the Director of Post Production and Director of Animation, you will partner closely with the greater Heist, Thinkingbox and AntiSocial teams to traffic control incoming projects, forecast department bandwidth and proactively problem solve.
- Managing a team of 5+ editors and 5+ motion designer/animators across multiple projects during the day-to-day operations, ensuring timelines, scope and execution is maintained.
- Manage and communicate status’ to the internal project team and ensure that issues and risks are properly identified, considered, escalated, and resolved.
- Use scheduling software to keep the studio calendar schedule up-to-date
- Manage post-production status meetings and ensure the status report is kept up-to-date
- Manage and schedule freelance vendor relationships and bookings, as well as identifying freelance partners
- Consult on quotes and schedules for offline, transfer, online, animation and finishing with consultation from the projects producer and Directors of Post Production and Animation.
- Communicate with and manage expectations of clients in conjunction with Executive Producer
- Project archiving management and wrap at the conclusion of projects
- Consultation on overall department workflow & budget planning
- Department research and development budget management

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 5 - 7 years of post-production experience in an agency or post-production studio
- environment
- A strong leader and a team player who understands how to work effectively in a fast paced, evolving industry
- Proactive recruitment, providing solutions and options to Directors
- Knowledge of start-to-finish project tasks across broadcast, animation, motion design
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze and distill complex information to other team members
- Ability to perform multiple tasks, set priorities and solve problems
- Proficiency using the Google suite
- Proficiency on Mac and PC platforms is required
- Applicants must possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment

**Bonus Points**:

- An in-depth understanding of the Animation pipeline from pre-production to post using
- Adobe Suite
- Figma
- C4D / Blender + Redshift
- Nuke
- Experience with shot tracking within the animation pipeline
