**About You**
- Be the external voice of the company, constantly educating prospects
- Become knowledgeable in the industry/market and associated challenges
- Become an expert in the value proposition of the solutions
- Be accountable to specific call & conversation performance metrics
- Ensure that your book of business is managed & maintained to the defined standard
- Exhibit an upbeat and professional approach to business development
- Be a good listener and respond to inquiries with empathy and knowledge
- Be motivated to meet and exceed your monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Be a coachable student and continuously strive to master your craft
- Be inspired to become a Senior Account Executive within 12 months

**We’re looking for people who**:

- 2+ years of progressive sales experience.
- Want to work hard, work smart, and become very successful
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
- Have some sales experience but are passionate about improving
- Are assertive and able to captivate an audience while keeping things fun
- Are self-starters, quick learners, and like to operate with pace & passion
- Can act quickly and accurately on multiple priorities
- Have excellent communication skills & a positive and upbeat personality
- Ideally, have experience in SaaS & the MSP market in a high-performance environment
