We’re looking for our next Content Education Specialist. Could It Be You?
The Content Education Specialist role is to help educate and empower Questrade customers on their route to financial success and security. This role will help us create an industry-leading educational experience for customers of Questrade Financial Group.

What’s it like working as a Content Education Specialist at Questrade?
The primary duties of Content Education Specialist will be to help develop assets that support the overall Questrade customer education journey.

This is a role that touches a number of teams throughout the organization, and requires strong partnerships with our Product Management, Brand, Design, Data and Analytics, Marketing Communications, Customer Service, and Customer Loyalty & Relationship teams.

**In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Have passion for Questrade’s unique position in the market and can help to bring the education strategy to life in creative ways that demand attention and empower our customers with the knowledge they need to pursue their financial goals.
- Create content to support the educational journey, including (but not limited to): video scripts, short and long-form educational content, podcasts, and more.
- Working with external partners and internal teams to create new content that can support the Questrade educational strategy.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure all educational content is on-brand, technically accurate, and consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice.
- Work with other members of the creative team (writers, designers, and developers) to bring our educational assets to life.
- Always ensure that content in any form follows the 4 Es (easy to understand, easy to use, easy to buy, and easy to get service).
- Manage a multi-channel educational content calendar.
- Be research and data driven. Use available research data to drive effective content that will attract the audience’s attention and earn their trust.
- Knowledge of educational trends and learning principles, both in our industry and across industries.

✔ Have a Bachelor’s degree (business, education, communications or digital media)
✔ Have 2-3 years of experience in creating content.
✔ Have experience creating educational content across a variety of channels and mediums.
✔ Have experience working with a set brand voice and tone.
✔ Have experience working with and maintaining an educational content calendar.
✔ Have very strong organization and prioritization skills.
✔ Have ability to work within tight and/or changing deadlines.
✔ Have effective relationship building skills with the ability to work well at all levels of an organization and interact confidently with senior management.
✔ Have strong presentation skills and ability to rationalize ideas to stakeholders.
✔ Have a mindset of curiosity that seeks to understand how audiences learn and how best to provide them with information they need.
✔ Have Customer centric attitude.
✔ Have outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Have ability to ideate and execute quickly.
✔ Have rigorous attention to detail.
✔ Have an understanding of data and how to use data to perform analysis and make informed decisions.
✔ Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality deliverables.
