**Position**:FOH Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of our front-of-house team, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest who walks through our doors
- Work with the General Manager to lead & mentor a team of front-of-house staff. Set clear expectations, provide ongoing training, and inspire team members to excel in their roles
- Ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction by overseeing all aspects of FOH operations. Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
- Manage daily operations, including opening & closing procedures. Coordinate with the bakery team to maintain smooth service
- Preparing quality beverages for guests, in a timely manner and following set recipes and procedures
- Continuously train and develop FOH staff to enhance their knowledge and skills, fostering a culture of professionalism and exceptional service
- Maintaining our environment by upholding optimal setup, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute daily tasks procedures efficiently
- Monitor inventory and inform the management about product needs
- General knowledge of store POS system and credit/debit machine, and handling cash responsibly

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a café or barista setting
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Leadership and team-building skills to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating beverages and serving baked goods
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Intermediate level of French
