**Responsibilities**:

- **Website Management**: Manage, monitor, and upgrade the organization's website; Create/design appropriate website content aligned with the organization’s strategy; Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.
- **Digital Literacy & Coding Instruction**:Provide computer programming training and coding instruction to a variety of learners including children and older adults, virtually and via in-person setting; Design and develop curricula and training course outlines, and other materials based on learners’ skill levels; Lead learner recruitment, and learner registrations, establish training schedule and run classes; Prepare, and administer assessments to evaluate learners’ progress; Maintain clear and accurate records of learners’ achievements, outcomes, and attendance.
- **Tech Support and Administration**:

- Manage, maintain, and repair internal IT systems, including diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, and installing and configuring hardware and software.
- **Other General Duties**: Participate in regular team and agency meetings and events as required; Collaborate with other staff within PCAS to ensure clients’ success and integration in programming; Ensure the confidentiality of participants and agency files and documentation in accordance with all required policies; Complete monthly reports and provide narrative and statistical information as required; Participate in professional development sessions and incorporate relevant material to enhance program outcomes; Any other duties as deemed necessary.

**Education, Training, and Experience**:

- Graduation from an accredited college or university with coursework in education, technology, communications, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills.
- Experience with online and in-person instruction.
- Experience teaching or tutoring in a multicultural classroom
- Fluency in English is required. Additional languages will be an asset.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with adults of diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Experience delivering online training with working knowledge of virtual delivery tools.
- Solid knowledge of school programs, community resources, and services in the Greater Toronto Area relating to coding and digital literacy.
- Ability to work independently with solid time management and organizational skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and disciplined
- Police Vulnerable Sector Check is mandatory and must be provided before starting employment.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $32,321.76-$55,161.00 per year
