**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**

As the Practice & Proposal Manager your primary responsibilities will focus on coordinating the pursuit of new work through proposal development and management, working with Practice Leads to support pipeline and practice management, and developing processes and tools to enable accurate and timely revenue projections, including:

- Business Development and Revenue Forecasting_
- Coordinating and leading processes to track business development performance and progress at the firm and practice level, including using Hubspot CRM/Kantata
- Creating and maintaining a comprehensive pipeline report, detailing leads, opportunities, action items and opportunity size.
- Assisting in developing processes and tools for revenue projections by analyzing historical data, market trends, and growth opportunities. Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to align projections with business objectives.
- Presenting revenue categories, trends, and insights to Management team.
- Collaborating with key members of the team to plan and execute business development events, ensuring seamless logistics, tracking follow-ups, and creating presentation materials.
- Proposal Management_
- Leading the proposal development and creation process from start to finish, including innovative approaches for organization, collaboration, content and document management.
- Developing proposal outline documents, scheduling/facilitating contributions of all parties, ensuring RFP compliance, drafting standard proposal sections, facilitating reviews, and performing quality control on final document.
- Ensuring content alignment with strategy, cost/estimates, and client requirements.
- Organizing and facilitating meetings with internal and external participants, as required
- Contributing to content creation with the bid team and coordinating input from the team
- Managing, monitoring and maintaining the proposal database, files, and systems through appropriate information management systems.

**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, writing and coordination skills;
- A collaborative teammate who wants to work as part of a team to complete tasks;
- A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills;
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities;
- Excellent computer skills including a strong level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other business development tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency;
- Financial or quantitative analysis skills, or demonstrated ability to quickly develop analysis skills;
- Previous professional services experience would be considered an asset; and
- Knowledge of the public sector, the social sector, or healthcare would be considered an asset.
