We are seeking a **System Administrator III, Service Management Supervisor **to join our team.

The Opportunity

As a **System Administrator III, Service Management Supervisor, **your primary function is to:

- Oversee and supervise the work of the Service Management team and delegate to prioritize the research, planning, set-up and troubleshooting of hardware and software installations/solutions to provide proactive support to internal and external end-users.

Key accountabilities include, but aren't limited to:

- Meet regularly with business unit stakeholders to identify and solve technical considerations of LABC- and non-LABC users (e.g. contractors, the general public) researching options and solutions;
- Maintain regular updates to OS and installed software on LABC devices;
- Evaluate current and emerging technologies to support business objectives and prepare business cases to present and recommend new technological solutions to business issues Who We Are

You have:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited post-secondary institution.
- Recognized professional accounting designation CPA and a minimum of two years’ related experience in accounting and preparing draft financial statements, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced understanding of data analysis and reporting of financial statements
- Advanced level in MS Excel (VLookups, Sumifs, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience
