**Homestay Coordinator**

The job responsibilities include:

- Identify, recruit, and screen potential host families.
- Maintain detailed records of host families and student/visitor placements.
- Maintaining a relationship with existing homestay families.
- Updating and maintaining accurate homestay family profiles.
- Match students or visitors with appropriate host families based on their preferences, needs, and interests.
- Implement changes or reassignments if necessary to ensure a positive experience for all parties.
- Communicating with host families for student extension requests.
- Confirming with homestay family’s airport pickups/receptions and students’ arrivals.
- Preparing homestay payment information.
- Responsible for after-work homestay emergency line, especially during arrival times in case of flight delays.
- Mediating between hosts and students when issues arise, providing counselling to students if necessary during the stay.
- Commutating with other staff members regarding student changes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both host families and students/visitors.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork, agreements, and legal requirements are completed and up to date.
- Assist in developing and improving homestay program policies, procedures, and materials.
- Gather feedback from participants to enhance future program offerings.
- Ensure that host families provide a safe living environment.
- Collect feedback from host families and students/visitors through surveys or interviews.
- Analyze feedback to assess the effectiveness of the program and identify areas for improvement.

**Pathway Coordinator**

The job responsibilities include:

- Advising and Counseling: Providing academic and career advising to students, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions.
- Monitoring Progress: Tracking student progress and performance, identifying those in need of additional support, and implementing intervention strategies as needed.
- Workshops and Seminars: Organizing workshops, seminars, and other events to enhance student learning and career readiness.
- Educational Partnerships: Collaborating with other educational institutions to create seamless transitions for students progressing through different educational levels.
- Training: Organizing and conducting training sessions for faculty and staff involved in the pathway program.
- Continuous Improvement: Staying informed about the latest trends and developments in the field to continuously improve the program.
- Promotional Activities: Creating marketing materials and strategies to promote the pathway program to potential students and partners.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Reach out to new Designated Language Institution for new agreement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in coordinating administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- professionalism (demeanor, appearance, work ethic)

**This is a permanent and Full time position from Monday to Friday**
