**About This Opportunity**:
In this role, you will learn the inner workings of a small studio and provide support to designers. The vast majority of work will involve the printing and kitting of small projects. You will also manage other projects including suppliers/estimates and in-market deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with the marketing teams across the country
- Create and manage Purchase Orders for all outsourced vendors
- Build and manage supplier contacts
- Monitor project costs vs. profitability
- Maintain a database of commonly used paper and substrates for the printing devices internally

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in graphic design or related field.
- 1+ years’ experience working in the graphic design field
- Demonstrated knowledge of traditional graphic skills
- Keen eye for detail/proofreading ability
- Ability to be organized, problem solve and multitask
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Ability to function both independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator

and Excel- Knowledge of contest and fulfilment programs
