If you are ready to lead the AGCO’s efforts to embrace major case management, this opportunity may be for you
- Lead the ongoing delivery of the AGCO Major Case Management Mandate (MCM)
- Provide direct supervision, leadership and employee development of the staff assigned to the Major Case Office
- Be responsible for the effective leadership and oversight of regulatory investigations while providing strategic guidance to staff, on files and lead issue management of cases when MCM is applied
- Establish and maintain a partnership network of relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Travel throughout the Province of Ontario
- Demonstrated experience leading the investigation of matters within the Ontario Major Case Management framework
- Successful completion of Major Case Management course through a recognized institution or equivalent experience
- Proven people management/team leadership skills
- Superior oral and written communication skills for effective consultation
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to deal with contentious issues and the ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of staff.
- Excellent professional judgment and the ability to make sound decisions when faced with difficult, confrontational and/or confidential situations
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence
