**Vos responsabilités - Votre carrière à Moneris**:

- En collaboration avec l'équipe de direction, superviser des projets à petite échelle, en mettant l'accent sur la qualité des résultats et des produits.
- Collaborer avec de multiples partenaires, tant internes qu'externes, pour assurer la mise en œuvre réussie et le succès continu des projets.
- Être une ressource pour éliminer les obstacles au sein des centres de réparation et résoudre les problèmes affectant la production et les transmettre à l'échelon supérieur, le cas échéant.
- Fournir des informations et des recommandations à la direction pour garantir la rigueur opérationnelle en examinant les processus et en analysant les rapports.
- Être un agent de changement et effectuer des contrôles en cours de production afin de déceler les lacunes dans le traitement et d'identifier les opportunités.
- Promouvoir la gestion lean et les pratiques 5S dans les centres de réparation de Moneris. Effectuer des audits de qualité et rendre compte des résultats.

**Votre profil - Votre carrière à Moneris**:

- Diplôme d'études post-secondaires en électronique, ou diplôme dans une discipline connexe.
- +3 ans d'expérience ou plus dans un rôle similaire.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (lu, écrit et parlé).
- Connaissance de l'informatique et de la réparation électronique.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite et capacité à présenter des informations techniques complexes de manière claire et concise.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à remettre en question le statu quo.
- La connaissance ou l'expérience des pratiques Agile, Lean Six Sigma, 5S est un atout.

**Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity**:
As a Specialist I, Technical Repair Centre, you will be a key player in the implementation and coordination of projects to better support the business and our customers. You will leverage your technical expertise and analytical skills to ensure that our processes and working methods are the most optimal, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.

**Location**:You will work onsite from our Montreal office.

**Reporting Relationship**: You will report to the Manager, Technical Repair Centre.

**Your Moneris Career - What you'll do**:

- In collaboration with the management team, oversee small scale projects, focusing on quality of outcomes and deliverables.
- Collaborate with multiple partners, both internally and externally to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing success of projects.
- Be a resource to remove roadblocks within the repair centres and troubleshoot any issues affecting production and escalate as required.
- Provide insight and recommendations to management to ensure operational rigor by reviewing processes and analyzing reports.
- Be a change agent and perform in production reviews to find processing gaps and identify opportunities.
- Champion lean management and 5S practices within the Moneris repair centre environments. Perform quality audits and
