Showroom Receptionist

The receptionist will be primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking payments at the cash register, answering the phone, routing calls and performing other administrative duties.

**Areas of Responsibility**:

- Answer incoming calls and redirect them as appropriate to requested extensions;
- Greet visitors;
- Take payments from customers at the cash register;
- Ensure the general smooth operation of the reception desk and its equipment, telephones, voice mail, fax machine, printers, photocopier, etc. ;
- Place orders for office supplies;
- Perform any other related duties.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of basic computer tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Bilingualism (English + Spanish, Italian, Farsi, Mandarin/Cantonese etc., spoken and written);
- Excellent customer service; Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize;
- Demonstrates flexibility & punctuality;
- Good ability to work in a team.
