**Role Summary**:
The Material Handler is responsible for support of their assigned area through the supply of parts, materials or other services as
required to work stations. The goal of the Material Handler is to ensure that operators maximize machine up time through the
efficient movement and provision of material and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The following is a more detailed listing of the Material Handler responsibilities.- Provide all materials and services required to maximize machine up time; specifically tagging finished goods containers, pulling

full containers and putting new containers in.- Ensure that all operator needs are taken care of quickly, effectively and correctly; specifically bringing supplies such as paint,

tape, bin tags, car sheets and tracers.- Ensure that correct labels are delivered to the operators;
- Purging workstations, getting new paperwork and retrieving fixtures when workstation is set-up.
- Perform documented checks on train;
- Follow FIFO process;
- Ensure that housekeeping standards are maintained or improved;

**General Points**:

- Ensure that all environmental requirements are identified and addressed when performing duties.
- Ensure that all safety requirements are being carried out when performing duties.
- Comply with defined Business Management and Environmental Management Systems requirements.
- Provide support for the continuous improvement initiatives within Techform.
- Provide support in the attainment of Techform's operating system goals as outlined by the key graphs.
- Carry out all duties focusing on the goal of internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor or designate.

**Key Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Must be a team player
- Must be capable of operating a parts train The ability to create and interpret prints is required
- Must be capable of lifting 40 lbs. regularly through the shift
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM would be a definite asset
- Good written and verbal communication skills are required
- Attention to detail is key
- Operational knowledge of a material handling hand truck is required
- An individual in this position must be capable of working under general supervision; however, some judgment is allowed in
