**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Encourage safe work practices. Ensure work is being completed safely and project manager is conducting themselves with high professional standards and a positive attitude.
- Develop detailed estimates project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Meet with clients/customers at their facility to review opportunities/ongoing work.
- Collaborate with subcontractors.
- Allocate resources efficiently, including workforce, equipment, and materials.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and performance, tracking expenditures against budget and timeline. Including regular site visits as required.
- Managing scope - i.e. change orders, schedule changes.
- Address any issues or obstacles that arise during the project promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets established standards.
- Sales related to company services/products, cold calls, site visits etc.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and reports.
- Manage ongoing customers needs, Exact is a full services 24/7 company.
- Manager/cultivate current and new customer relationships.
- Support all Exact Industrial groups and subcontractors.
- Keeping up to date on billing/progress draws
- Review project outcomes and lessons learned to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of project management/estimating experience.
- Valid trade certificate or experience in pipefitting/plumbing or related industrial field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing piping projects from start to finish.
- Strong technical knowledge of codes/TSSA/Industrial piping.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Experience with Microsoft
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid G Drivers license with clean driving abstract
