**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Report to the Program Manager, AIDP. Lead a group of 18 to 20 participants through discussions and activities designed to provide the tools to separate drinking and/or drug use from driving.
- Help achieve the program’s goals of preventing impaired driving and reducing alcohol and drug-use problems among participants.
- Establish a positive, non-judgmental environment conducive to learning.
- Lead engaging lectures, perform various administrative duties, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Role is an auxiliary contract role( hours based on need).

**WHAT YOU'VE DONE**
- You have a post-secondary degree in one of the following areas: Education, Adult Education or Social Science. Have a combination of education and related experience? Tell us more
- You have training and experience in group facilitation and presenting.
- You have strong public speaking skills. Bonus points for experience working with mandated clients and/or experience in the addictions field.
- You’re a good communicator who believes that people can change.
- You’re non-judgmental and are able to engage participants using the principles of adult education.
- You can manage group process while effectively covering the course curriculum.
- You have a passion for helping others and for reducing impaired driving in Alberta.
