As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting your Store Manager in driving store success. You will be responsible for coaching your team on the sales floor, setting expectations, and ensuring execution of store policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be expected to maximize sales potential by demonstrating and selling the hottest trending products in retail, while achieving and surpassing personal productivity goals.

**Responsibilities**:
Ensure high levels of customer service satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all current and upcoming trending products
Work independently and in a group setting
Maintain personal goals and help maintain store goals
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Demonstrate excellent time management skills
Be punctual and dependable
Have an outgoing and fun personality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
