Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Spencer's & Spirit Halloween. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Staff Development: Provide coaching and training to store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Merchandising and Inventory: Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement effective merchandising and inventory control strategies to maximize sales and minimize shrinkage.
- Minimum Age: 18 years old
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience: Prior retail and/or management experience required
