**Job Description**:
Your responsibilities:

- Respond to requests and issues from users and IT support teams;
- Resolve software processing problems (e.g. synchronization problems between systems, data integrity errors, etc.);
- Execute correction/reboot jobs according to support procedures;
- Work with the team to analyze complex issues;
- Follow up on issues requiring a multi-team intervention. Document identified problems and escalate issues to various support teams;
- Inform the user and/or IT support teams of the status of the request on a regular basis, and when a solution has been identified;
- Develop and/or update support procedures;
- Write memos for users, according to the "Communication Plan";
- Participate in meetings when expertise or knowledge is required;
- Ability to adapt to all situations.

**Qualifications**:
To join our team, you must have, among other things:
- College degree in computer science combined with approximately 1 to 3 years of experience, ideally in computer support.
- Bilingualism in French and English, oral and written.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of the Windows environment
- Knowledge of the TAMS / MACS environment, basic knowledge of VBS Script, and knowledge of VBS SecureCRT integration are all an asset
