**Summary**
The Team Lead is responsible, and accountable, for supporting the Store Manager in the overall management of the gas station and retail store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate regular inventory of merchandise and assist in the preparation of orders.
- Motivate, encourage, and assign work to team members, as well, as assist in the training and supervision of employees.
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Ensure displays are visually appealing to effectively advertise merchandise and initiate a higher sales volume.
- Ensuring all CEK SNANET Centre business dealings and operations are conducted in a responsible, ethical, and professional manner.

**Qualifications**
- Grade 12 graduation.
- Experience in a supervisory position at a gas station, is considered an asset.
- Possesses a valid British Columbia Class 5 Drivers license or has an alternative safe and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Clean criminal record check.
- Experience working with First Nation is an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
