**Job Summary**
We are looking for a skilled **On-Site Equipment Specialist** who is hands-on, technically proficient, and capable of leading the installation and maintenance of complex equipment. This position involves traveling to various client sites, both locally and internationally, to manage the installation and upkeep of large-scale projects such as trampoline parks and adventure courses. Additionally, you will handle site maintenance tasks such as snow removal and facility upkeep at our Regina locations.

This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and will involve collaboration with our Warehouse Manager and various Operations Managers across multiple locations.

**Responsibilities**
- **Commercial Installations**:Lead and manage on-site teams in the safe installation of commercial-grade trampoline parks, ninja warrior courses, inflatables, and other large structures.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of equipment and facilities, ensuring everything operates smoothly.
- **Event Support**: Deliver and set up equipment for trade shows and local events, working with marketing and sales teams to facilitate indoor/outdoor activations.
- **Technical Assistance**: Provide ongoing technical support for equipment, troubleshoot issues, and assist with special projects such as construction and renovations.
- **Manufacturing**: Work with CrazyApe Fulfillment and Warehouse departments as needed.
- **Facility & Site Management**: Handle snow removal, lawn care, and general upkeep of two Regina locations.

**Required**
- **Travel**:Ability to travel for up to 2 weeks at a time for installations (domestic and international).
- **Tools Proficiency**:Proficient in the use of hand and power tools (e.g., table saw, hammer drills, drill presses).
- **Equipment Experience**:Experience with operation and maintenance of heavy equipment (e.g., trailers, skid steers, forklifts, telehandlers).
- **Team Leadership**:Ability to lead and manage small teams on-site.
- **Technical Aptitude**:Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
- **Property Maintenance**:Willingness to assist with snow removal and property maintenance at Regina-based facilities.
- **Equipment Transport**:Proficiency in transporting equipment and trailers.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with automotive or heavy-duty mechanics.
- Proficiency in metal working (e.g., mig welders, plasma cutters, mag drills, etc)

Pay: $1.00-$2.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
