We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Redhead Equipment.

Role Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a Junior role within our Information Technology team. As an IT Support person, you will be responsible for deploying new computers, transferring programs and data from old systems to new, administering end-user accounts, and handling help desk requests.

Duties:

  • Deploy new computers and transfer programs and data from old systems to new
  • Administer end-user accounts
  • Handle help desk requests, including documenting user inquiries and providing support to resolve end-user IT issues via phone, email, or in-person
  • Collaborate with other IT staff
  • Other duties as assigned

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, along with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
