**What **you’ll** do**:

- Collaborate with other teams to develop sourcing strategies that address talent gaps
- Manage FCC’s recruitment accounts and platforms, staying current with best practices
- Manage student recruitment activities, including the co-op and summer student hiring programs

**What **we’re** looking for**:

- Relationship-builder who can adapt to a variety of audiences and situations
- Creativity skills to experiment with job ads and recruitment techniques
- Organized multi-tasker skilled at effective prioritizing and planning and organizing
- Strong team player with proven verbal and written communication expertise

**What **you’ll** need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or marketing with at least two years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Working knowledge of human resource practice, process and trends
- Understanding of effective sourcing strategies
