Bourgault is looking for a **Value Stream Coordinator** to join our Planning Team at Building C. This position is open to** Bourgault employees only.**

The Value Stream Coordinator is responsible for executing the Value Stream’s Production Plan as laid out by the Value Stream Planning Team Leader & Bourgault Planning Leader. The Value Stream Coordinator will coordinate the efforts of Production Tier IV Supervisors, team members and material handlers to meet the needs of the end customer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure Production is aware of the plan and is adhering to it
- Properly investigate issues that prevent the plan from being successful
- Communicate changes to the plan so that adjustments can be made in a timely manner
- Measure schedule adherence such that all lost and gained time is properly tracked
- Implement the plan for ECBs and NPBs, which includes collaboration with Supervisors, Production Control, R&D, Tooling, Purchasing and Material Handlers
- Maintain routings as part of the ECB and NPB implementation process and as needed due to specific requests or Production Engineering projects
- Ensure the system properly reflects how material flows through Production
- Ensure that direct team members are adhering to the rules of inventory control and parts movement. This means that all work is being correctly clocked off and is tagged to go to the appropriate end customer.
- Maintain kanbans to serve the needs of Production.
- Ensure that all parts and part families can be flowed and staged appropriately in the plant without confusion. This will require a material handling plan for all of the manufactured parts and purchased parts to ensure that the right items are in the right locations at the right times by collaborating with other coordinators, supervisors and material handlers.
- Lead and provide guidance to material handlers.

- Strong ability to visualize how product should move through the plant
- Knowledge of inventory processes to maintain accuracy

**Wage Range**:

- $29.60 - $46.72 per hour
