The Business Operations Support department supports Maximus Canada’s client business departments and other internal departments by providing support for the Replicon time tracking tool, management reporting, labour cost distribution, resource management, and information for client billing.

**Position Summary**
The Business Operations Support Co-op role provides a wide variety of support services including, supporting the system administrator of the enterprise time tracking tool. As a Business Operations Support Co-op, you will work closely with business leaders and project management professionals to support various internal functions.
**Key Accountabilities**:
You will gain experience:
- identifying and responding to requests from internal clients throughout the organization
- administering business operations processes, systems, tools, and templates
- conducting audits to validate data
- working as an integral part of a small team within the larger organization
- conducting work using standard business communication and collaboration tools
- analyzing and verifying documents for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, and conformity to standards
- coordinating activities including monitoring and responding to requests in the Replicon support mailbox, scheduling meetings, updating spreadsheet
- communicating within a diverse business environment
