Stairlift Technical Support

**Duties**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for dealers and technicians.
- Document customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions
- Collaborate with senior technical support staff to escalate complex issues and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Knowledge of MS Office/ Google Suites
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in electrical engineering (required)
- Ability to read/draw electrical schematics
- Knowledge of elevator hardware and logic concepts
- Basic understanding of how an elevator works
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a technical support role is preferred but not required
- Valid USA Travel Visa (required)

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
