Safe Home Fireplace is a family run Fireplace business. We are the experts and take extreme care in every fireplace installation and customer interaction. We are dedicated to the highest quality of service and quality for every customer.
We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality, pays attention to details, that is a customer focused individual to support the service & sales effort of Safe Home Fireplace. A self-motivated and learner, we are looking for that person who has the drive to excel at their position. Availability to work our two showrooms in Southwest London and Strathroy.
Main duties will include scheduling, billing, customer service.
Overall store hours are Monday-Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-3.

- Familiar with the local geography for efficient scheduling purposes
- Positive and possesses a “Get it Done” customer service attitude
- Able to serve both consumers and professional builders with confidence and professionalism
- Looking to be part of a small but tightly knit team
- Dedicated, focused and independent with dependable transportation
- Experienced or willing to learn all about the hearth and fireplace business
- Must have good computer skills and phone manners. Knowledge of Google Calendar and Quickbooks an asset.
- Committed to helping maintain a clean and attractive showroom
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Independent and trustworthy
Wage is competitive and based on experience.
