**Job Description**:
**This position is for 1 year as some team members will be on a special project**

Your responsibilities:

- Process hires and any changes to an employee's file for UAP and subsidiaries.
- Ensure accuracy of entries for grades, zones, bonus program, vacation plans, etc.
- Update and track in our time management system.
- Support the payroll technicians' team
- Perform all other related tasks as requested by his/her superior

**Qualifications**:
To join our team, you need:

- DEC in Accounting or Administration or a field relevant to HR, or BAC in Human Resources
- 2 to 5 years experience in payroll;
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft or equivalent (SAP, Ceridian, ADP)
- Bilingualism, French and English (oral and written);
- Good knowledge of Excel and Adobe software;
