The Pregnancy Care Centre (PCC) is seeking an **Office Manager**.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Centre. This includes financial, administrative, facility, and people processes to effectively support the delivery of client services. The Office Manager will lead in a manner that supports and guides the organization’s mission and upholds the policies and procedures approved by the Board of Directors.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Oversee the facility, including safety, technology, services, maintenance activities, and tradespeople.
- Supervision of administrative staff positions and provide backup as required for payroll or other support.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures, processes, and data systems.
- Ensure accurate payroll, bookkeeping, and employee benefits’ enrollment and changes.
- New hire onboarding.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Compilation of statistical reports, accurate record keeping, and providing monthly reports to the Executive Director.
- Supporting the Executive Director by addressing inquiries, providing administrative support, and implementing necessary changes.
- Ongoing performance management and annual performance reviews of staff and volunteers accountable to this position.
- Maintaining the Centre’s policies and procedures manual.
**Qualifications**:
- A degree or diploma in a business-related field and/or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in administrative office management.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Experience assessing and developing business systems and processes.
- Adept in financial processes.
- A team-oriented individual with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A detail-oriented problem-solver who is passionate about efficient systems.
- Knowledge of and/or connection with the local Christian community is an asset.
**Hours of work**:37.5 hrs/week.
**Salary**:$52,000 - $58,000 annual (based on qualifications).
