Olympic Dust Control, is looking to hire a motivated and determined Office Administrator and Accounts Receivable Clerk for our office located in North York_
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors professionally, determining the nature and purpose of visit.
- Perform basic clerical duties, such as faxing, photocopying, filing.
- Assist with HR responsibilities - work with our HR and departmental teams to attract and hire new employees for our company.
- Foster and develop positive employee relations, and instill a corporate culture inducing strong teamwork and collaboration, striving for high standards in quality and customer service.
- Creating and maintaining credit history files
- Supporting the collection efforts/calls for accounts receivable portfolio
- Documenting daily collections activity
- Researching account disputes and billing discrepancies
- Performing account/payment reconciliations
- Identifying delinquent accounts requiring external collection efforts
- Identifying bad debt or financial exposure
**Requirements**:
- Organized and detail oriented
- **Must have experience with Microsoft Excel & Outlook**:
- Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.
- Ability to sort and/or distribute mail.
- Word processing and data entry skills.
- Ability to read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers.
- Computer data entry skills.
- Clerical office skills.
- Receptionist skills.
- A positive and professional attitude, along with ambition, organization and service spirit.
- Self-motivated and be driven to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet ultimate goals.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
