**Job Title: Personal Injury Law Clerk Scheduling Clerk**

**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Personal Injury Law Clerk Scheduling Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the scheduling of appointments, hearings, and court appearances for our legal team, ensuring smooth and effective operation of our practice.

**Compensation**: $45,000-50,000 depending on experience.

**Location**: In office role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scheduling Management**: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of appointments, client meetings, hearings, and court appearances for attorneys and paralegals.
- **Calendar Maintenance**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date calendars for all legal staff, ensuring deadlines and important dates are properly recorded and communicated.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate with clients to schedule appointments, provide reminders, and address any scheduling-related inquiries or concerns.
- **Court Filings**: Assist with the preparation and filing of court documents, including organizing necessary paperwork and ensuring timely submission.
- **Case Management Support**: Provide administrative support to the legal team, including organizing case files, conducting legal research, and assisting with document preparation as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other support staff to ensure efficient coordination of schedules and tasks.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to scheduling activities in our case management system.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a law firm environment, preferably in a personal injury practice, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in calendar management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to personal injury law is an asset.

**Education**:

- Completion of a Law Clerk or Legal Assistant program from an accredited institution is preferred.
