As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking for a Project Manager to support and manage the day-to-day execution of all marketing material for our agency and our clients.

**Job Type**:Full-Time

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour

**Job duties and responsibilities**:

- _Determine and define project scope and objectives_
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- _Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan_
- _Lead projects and provide updates on project scheduling, implementation, and completion_
- _Monitor project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and resources to ensure that project adheres to requirements_
- Attend staff meetings; take part in collaborative decision-making, goal setting, strategizing, sharing new ideas etc.
- Join client meetings, when necessary, to gather and/or provide input on projects and service implementations
- Accomplish the company’s goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new requests
- Complete operational and administrative tasks for the company's day-to-day operations

**Qualifications**:

- Job Requirements_
- Strong communication skills: oral & written
- Proficiency in Google Slides, Docs and Sheets
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deliver projects on time in a dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision and direction, as well as in teams
- Strong relationship building skills using tact and diplomacy
- Preferred Skills and Abilities_
- Knowledge or experience in Marketing and digital marketing is an asset
- Experience as a project manager for an agency is an asset
