Electrical Estimator Coordinator

Your role as Electrical Estimator/Coordinator will include sales, estimating, coordinating, executing and managing of service work and projects for Trade-Mark Industrial Inc.

This role includes but is not limited to the responsibilities listed below:

- Estimating, job site execution and coordination between the customer, foreman, subcontractors, suppliers and Trade-Mark staff such as manpower, purchasing tool crib, and administrative personnel
- Project scheduling, safety, job cost tracking, subcontractor pricing and change order estimation
- Billing and invoice preparation and payment assistance when required.
- Sales, customer contact, and follow-up after completion of work.
- Employee and customer retention and relationship building.
- Other duties as warranted.
- Being on-call and available 24/7 to service customers
- To bring decisive, focused leadership & be results driven.
- To be accountable to yourself and your co-workers.
- Attend safety, training, sales, strategy and other meetings as required.

At all times it will be required for you to assist your customers and co-workers to the best of your ability. As we offer a 24 hour, 7 day a week service to our customers, you will be expected to respond positively at any given time when the need arises, even during off hours.

You will report to the Electrical Manager for all direct day-to-day duties; however you would be expected to coordinate and interact with other managers as well as other trade estimator/coordinators, sales & marketing personnel and in effect work in concert with the entire TMI organization.

- **Recommended Qualifications**:_
- Minimum 5 years electrical industry experience.
- 2 years of relevant electrical estimating and project coordination experience.
- Primary focus on commercial and institutional electrical work.
- Electrical License or electrical engineering background would be an asset but not mandatory.
- Solid understanding of the Electrical Code.
- Good communication and organization skills will be essential.
- Experience with Accubid, or equivalent estimating software, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
- The ability to read and understand electrical drawings, single line drawings, building blueprints, and specifications.
- Willingness to learn.
- Be able to work in a fast paced, team environment.
- Be able to manage time well.
- To bring decisive, focused leadership & be results driven.
- To be accountable to yourself and your co-workers.

Pay: $90,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
