Responsibilities:

- Assess and estimate the cost of repairs for damaged vehicles in the body shop
- Collaborate with customers and insurance adjusters to provide accurate estimates and explain repair processes
- Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Upsell additional services or repairs as appropriate

Qualifications:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Previous experience in a dealership or body shop environment preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers
- Proficient in cash handling and financial transactions
- Sales experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple estimates and repairs simultaneously

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
