**Position**:
HRIS Implementation Specialist, Remote - **18 month Contract**

**Location and Reporting Structure**:

Reporting to the Assistant Superintendent, Compensation & Benefits, this position is remote with trips to the Edmonton office, Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the configuration of SAP/SF HRIS system according to business requirements, including employee data, organizational structure, workflows, permissions, and other relevant configurations;
- Support the implementation of SAP/SF modules in collaboration with HR teams throughout the entire project by managing data, validating information, conducting tests, and supporting the pilot and rollout phases;
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the SAP/SuccessFactors HRIS system. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies;
- Assist with the standardization of job architecture, naming conventions, data mapping and scripted HR processes and workflows;
- Provide ongoing support to end-users and administrators, troubleshoot issues, and address inquiries related to the SAP/SuccessFactors HRIS system;
- Ensure work is done according to project practices, create and share relevant procedures for business needs. Analyze and document HR processes for internal audit controls; and
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators. Create documentation, user guides, and FAQs to support system adoption and usage.

**Desired Competencies and Requirements**:

- Five (5) years’ SAP SuccessFactors (SF) experience with knowledge of SF best practices, processes, and methodologies is required;
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field;
- SAP Certified Associate, SAP/SuccessFactors certification(s);
- Proven and demonstrable technical and functional proficiency with the SAP Human Capital management Cloud Platform and system, SuccessFactors and module integrations; and
- Experience with HRIS integrations, data migration, and system testing. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and mitigate risks.
