We are currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth for both brands.

**_This is a full time, temporary position for the duration of 12 months with the possibility of extension._**

As the Marketing Manager for **Ribeye Butcher Shop** and **The Italian Bakery's Tesoro**, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster customer loyalty. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and Analytics, you will collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote Ribeye Butcher Shop and The Italian Bakery's Tesoro, including but not limited to advertising campaigns, promotions, events, and digital marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the market.
- Create compelling content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and social media posts, to engage customers and highlight the unique offerings of Ribeye Butcher Shop and Tesoro Grocery Store.
- Collaborate with the operations teams to develop promotional materials and sales collateral to support retail initiatives and drive in-store traffic.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including sales data, website traffic, and customer feedback, to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Cultivate partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to increase brand exposure and enhance community engagement.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure that all marketing activities are executed within budgetary constraints.
- Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing management, preferably in the retail or food industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively convey brand messaging.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of the meat industry and gourmet food products is a plus.
