Pricing Coordinator

We are looking for a **Pricing Coordinator **to join our team in FreshPoint FreshCuts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand and maintain knowledge of the Company's products, services and pricing models
- Provide information on pricing to Customer Service, Sales and Finance departments
- Collect data to ensure that the pricing of goods are competitive for assigned regions
- Conduct price analysis to support decision around new and current products
- Calculate profit margins, tracking sales data and analyzing data to make pricing decisions
- Monitor costs after significant changes in product or processes
- Forecast and analyze costs of processes, labor and inventory
- Conduct market research to support future business planning, identify trends in the industry and competitor's pricing strategies
- Provides reports on vendors and profit margins to President and Finance
- Serves as point of contact for pricing and update requests to customers
- Analyze customer needs and trends to develop creative and competitive pricing strategies with President, Sales team and Buyers
- Manage pricing by ensuring all items are on file and have the correct information in the AS400 system
- Upload costing, set up new product items and create product codes in AS400 system
- Notify all pricing changes to Corporate and internal teams
- Participate in cross-functional team projects
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent an asset
- Minimum 2 years' experience in procurement, pricing and product analysis or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (MS Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel VBA
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Strong analytic skill
- Excellent communication skills ability to speak to all levels of the organization
- Strong customer focus and ability to navigate complex customer issues
- Ability to work with a multitude of different vendors hardware to execute required duties and responsibilities

**Location**:3500 Viking Way, Richmond BC. Accessible to multiple bus lines.

**Schedule**: Core working hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday
- Friday.
