**You will**
- Assist with the continuous (weekly) preparation and integration of various excel cash flow schedules
- Process and systematically track all inter-company and external funding transactions (electronic transfers, ACH payments, and wires)
- Manage/maintain corporate debt ledgers in conjunction with corporate accounting
- Oversee management of bank accounts including set-up, authorized signatory changes and closing
- Administer all online banking platforms and user access
- Work closely with real estate accounting teams to ensure timely distributions of excess cash and support review/approval of corporate funding
- Work closely with real estate accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate collection of fees
- Assist with the preparation of treasury process documentation

- Graduated University and have a few years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent excel skills
