**The role spans a range of responsibilities including**:

- Collaborate with counsel, client and vendors for the collection, review, and production of documents
- Preparation of Affidavits of Documents, Motion Records, and other court documents
- Assisting with drafting correspondence, legal opinions, and pleadings
- Oversee deadline tracking, travel arrangements and high volume of correspondence
- Management of lawyers’ time dockets, billings and CPD hours
- Other duties as assigned
- Completion of a Law Clerk Diploma or Certificate
- Excellent organization and communication skills and the ability to take initiative and meet crucial deadlines
- High level of accuracy in word processing and proof-reading
- Adept skills using MS Word, Outlook, Excel; knowledge of PC Law would be beneficial

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
