**Responsibilities**:

- Generate quotations and process orders for customers, partners and sales team members for repairs, exchanges, parts, aftermarket services and service agreements.
- Manage a pipeline and sales cycle process in Salesforce, making changes to these processes based on results to increase both pipeline quality and size.
- Accurately forecast revenue for each area of the business, considering trends while highlighting and managing risks.
- Work collaboratively with various internal teams to drive improvements to internal processes and reporting to ensure that customer commitments are being met, CSD inventory is being effectively managed and that revenue is being maximized.
- Design and implement new initiatives within your area of the business that will contribute to revenue growth and improved customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with customers and partners to understand what their needs are and answer any questions that they may have about their orders or services.
- Participate in any new product introductions to ensure that the repairs and parts portion of the roll outs have been considered and set up appropriately in tools and systems.
- Maintain Salesforce records, ensuring all relevant documentation is appropriately stored and all data is complete and accurate.
- Generate Order Entries (OEs) after receipt of POs and work with the various groups and stakeholders to set up the orders correctly and modify when needed (service dates, etc.)
- Minimal, optional, travel to attend trade shows/ sales events.
- There are no direct reports with this role.

**Qualifications**:
