Social Media Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to engage with the target audience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms
- Analyze social media data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Post / interact daily on all social media platforms on behalf of Planet Motors
- Create awareness, engagement, and brand recognition on GTA for PLANET MOTORS
- Organize and plan content scheduled on a month-to-month basis.
- Write engaging copy for social captions and website content.
- Set up & optimize ads campaigns utilizing Facebook Ads Manager.
- Create captivating graphics and thumbnails on Canva for videos, posts, and promotions.
- Assist in supporting video productions where needed.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
- Create social media content, including videos, images, and text posts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing principles
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track social media performance
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing graphics
- Excellent research skills to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Ability to write compelling copy for social media posts and advertisements
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading content before publishing
- Basic graphic design skills to create engaging visuals for social media posts
- Proven ability to effectively work across all levels of the organization to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple assignments and deliver with mínimal supervision.
- Attention to detail.
- Evidence of solid problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to operate in a white space environment, generating insights to create and tell a story.
- Familiarity with CRM programs is a plus.
- Leverage CRM to manage company data and provide analysis and forecasts.
- Improve sales support through CRM, development of sales tools and management of CRM system.

**Salary**: $15.50-$25.00 per hour
