**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, focusing on Fortinet, VMware, and Microsoft, including cloud services such as Microsoft (Azure/M365) and Amazon (AWS/S3).
- Administer and fine-tune LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls, particularly Fortinet devices.
- Maintain and configure server operating systems, virtualization platforms, and Microsoft or Amazon cloud solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Proactively monitor and enhance system and network performance, leveraging Fortinet and Azure tools.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures, utilizing Fortinet firewalls and Azure security features.
- Create comprehensive documentation and reports for infrastructure configurations, procedures, and incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects, utilizing Fortinet and Azure resources.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to optimize infrastructure, particularly within the Fortinet and Microsoft Azure ecosystems.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or relevant experience.
- Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Analyst or similar role for 3-5 years
- Relevant certifications, emphasizing Fortinet (e.g., Fortinet NSE) and Microsoft Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) certifications.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, server operating systems, virtualization technologies, and storage systems.
- Proficiency in network administration, including LAN/WAN configuration, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols, particularly with Fortinet devices.
- Experience with system administration, including server setup, configuration, and maintenance (Windows, Linux, or Unix), with expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with security concepts and best practices, including Fortinet firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and Azure security features.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management skills to plan and execute infrastructure projects within defined timelines and budgets.

**EEO Commitment**:
Pay: $100,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
