**Duties**:
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Review and interpret construction schematics and blueprints
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam, Heavy Bid, Civil 3D, and other construction management tools
- Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis
- Oversee project progress and address any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
**Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field mandatory.
- At least 5+ years of experience in construction project management and administrative leadership roles.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques
- Knowledge of project management software for effective planning and execution
