**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Residential Working Site Supervisor** to join our dynamic home renovation team. In this full-time, hybrid role, you will not only oversee site operations but also actively participate in carpentry tasks while managing the project lifecycle from start to finish. As a key leader on-site, you will coordinate and guide the construction crew, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Additionally, you will handle some project management tasks, including scheduling, client communication, and ordering materials, ensuring smooth execution and strong client satisfaction throughout the process.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and lead construction crews on-site, ensuring efficient workflow while actively participating in tasks as needed.
- Perform hands-on construction tasks, including framing & finishing.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics with precision.
- Ensure work meets high standards and complies with safety regulations.
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking & communication.
- Assist with scheduling and estimating for smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain positive client relationships through clear and proactive communication.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Mentor and train junior staff to support their development and skill-building.

**Skills**
- Red Seal certification in carpentry preferred.
- Strong supervisory skills with hands-on experience managing residential construction projects.
- Expertise in framing, finishing, and renovations.
- Proficiency in construction software like Buildertrend or similar project management tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Strong knowledge of estimating and cost-awareness.
- Excellent communication skills for managing client expectations and team coordination.
- Proven ability to maintain positive client interactions and resolve issues.
- Thorough knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
