As an Administrative Coordinator, you will directly contribute to the success of CAA Saskatchewan by supporting internal and external clients. As a trusted member of the team, you’ll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the incumbent will play a key role in coordinating the administration functions of the organization to ensure we’re supporting our teams and members in an proactive and engaging way.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the operations of the main office, including but not limited to file management, mail distribution, office supplies and room/equipment bookings.
- Assist in the organization of special events, meetings, and conferences (e.g., room bookings, catering, organizing materials and folders, etc.).
- Respond to incoming inquiries and visitors, including researching and collection of material for responses/transfer to appropriate parties when appropriate.
- Foster collaboration and cooperation among internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive issues.
- Administration of leadership meetings including calendar management, agenda development, documentation and follow-up on action items.
- Supporting internal departments with ad hoc administrative tasks as capacity allows, pending prioritization by Manager of Human Resources.
- Post-secondary certification in Business, Office Administration, and/or Communications is an asset.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and professionally in a team environment
- Ability to work independently, make decisions when required, be flexible and dependable
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
This permanent, full-time position will report to the Manager, Human Resources. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Document management systems: 2 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)
